  2.  @AJ-vi4nl  Well if he acts like this, they will remain a third world country. This is not how to build a successful nation. Or he will be the first. Better for him to look at some best practises, and see how other countries went from third world, to second world or first world.

  3. How criminals are treated it's what the difference is between a first world country and a third world country like El Salvador. A government should treat their people right, and those gangs will disappear on by one. And then I mean everything: start with good education, end corruption, built your police forces et cetera, let companies create fair and good paying jobs. Happy not to live in a country like that!
