I don't see that happening. It would need at least two things (apart from a good highway itself): 1) better driver training and 2) proper rules. That pass on the right thing the US has would be the first to go. Same with removing every shitbox car from the road. But forcing rules on the "land of the free". Good luck. In Switzerland we would have perfect roads, a very high standard in driver training and proper rules. Yet we don't have high speed limits. As they are considered too dangerous. Doesn't really matter as the time you gain driving at a higher speed (if there is no traffic!), you'd loose again at the fuel station 🤣

@MegaEssin I read the California rule book before I went there for my holiday. It is mentioned but honestly, that rule book looks like it was written by a 12 year old. You can't take it seriously.
