So far so good, apart from "staying in the EUs SM/EEA", as that is for = EU member states and EFTA member states ONLY, according to article 126 of the EEA Agreement = SPECIFIES that membership is open to member states either of the EU and or EFTA member states ONLY... Norway is EFTA member, has to follow EUs rules, paying the membership fee, but doesn't sit at the table, when decisions get done... EFTA membership was offered to the UK while Brexit negotiations were ongoing, but got refused vehemently by the UK = instead UKs gvt/negotiators were demanding continiously "full access to the SM without the coming duties with it" 🙄 Leaving the EU automaticly includes leaving the EUs SM/EEA...😂
