  57. Errr...no. They stated/analogous "that the UK could join the EU again UNDER THE KNOWN CONDITIONS" !! THAT part of it always gets overseen by the UKs electorate.. Cameron was demanding another opt out for the UK, = to stop FOM for all Continental EUropeans only, not though for the Brits 🙄 At the same time he blackmailed the EUs negotiators with "he would start a Brexit referendum" 😂 UK was the EU member state with the most exceptions and opt outs, but enough is enough ...😂 Btw, Brexit happened because of the EUs ATAD = Anti Tax Avoidance Directive only. .

The UK has the TCA with the EU27, and it would be very nice, if the UK would finally implement those deals, it signed with the EU27. Again = some weeks ago the EUs Commission stated/analogous "that the EU is very happy with the TCA, that it's very balanced for BOTH sides, and that the Commission is taking care of further implementation of the TCA at the REVIEW coming up". Right now the EUs Commission started an infringement procedure against the UK, as it still hasn't implemented properly any of the deals, it signed with the EU27. Again = every EU member state can leave the EU27 on its own free will, but it's up to the EU27 only, to decide, which country can join the EU and when. Only option available for the UK is full EU membership by fulfilling the Copenhagen Criteria FIRST.. The UK doesn't even fulfill the needed criteria for APPLYING for EU membership at the moment..

If only one of you Brits would do a "fact check" at the EUs Commission site = FAQs... But, as BEFORE the referendum = the EUs Commission had installed a site extra for the Brits = "all about EU -FAQs".... As stated by Google = "the most asked question in the UK AFTER the referendum was = what is the EU?" 😂 One couldn't make it up...nothing has changed since 8,5 years .. The EU27 are a pragmatic, rule based organisation/union of 27 independent and souvereign countries....which right now don't have any appetite to have the UK back... About money = the UK lost £ 100 billion in 2022 due to Brexit the UK lost £ 140 billion in 2023 due to Brexit | Bloomberg and Financial Times Since January this year the "passporting" went back into the EU27. June 2025 the "Euroclearing" will be back in the EU27, then Brexit is complete, as the transition period of FOM for capital ends June 2025. This is a huge loss for the City of London, as those financial services are making up about one third of worlds market for clearing services = a value of £ 260 trillion per year. I'm sorry for all of those, which didn't want this, not though for those ones, which voted for it. All the best to you with greetings from the EU27 👋

They may be could hide for a while, but onces discovered, they would be deported from all EU27 member states and couldn't come back for five years, if the 90/180 rule had expired....

  93. ​ @wrightpat  🙄 Norway, Iceland etc are EFTA members, and both mentioned countries are stating since years, that they'll veto the UK joining EFTA, because they don't want a "trouble maker in their club". Only option available is full EU membership...After fulfilling the Copenhagen Criteria FIRST... When being a new EU member state, ALL of the 31(EFTA and EU) EEA/SM member states have to agree the new EU member state can join the EUs SM/EEA or it gets vetoed again... According to article 126 of the EEA Agreement = SPECIFIES that membership is open to member states either of the EU and or EFTA member states ONLY. EEA = EUs SM NOT negotiatable !!!
