@tompond9714 USA and Germany are both paying the same amount/% for the "communities costs for NATO"... Btw, USA is making pretty good money by selling lots of military equipment to its NATO partners... And USA was the only NATO member state ever, which called out = article 5/NATO... If USA would pull out of all of its about 850 military bases, it has installed all over the world, it would have massive problems, to reach countries like Syria, Afghanistan etc, easiely and quickly...including bringing back its injured troops to Ramstein/Germany...where there is the US armies biggest military hospital abroad... @varpen Well, Germany still is under military restrictions by the Allies since 1945, which got confirmed again at the reunion ....In return Germany is under protection of the allies..nukes included... Edittypo/autocorrect.
