Ukraine didn't even fulfill any of the Copenhagen Criteria (BEFORE the war), which are the first step of EUs membership Criteria...like a stabile democracy/economy, human rights, NO corruption etc... On top of that has the EU the same military alliance agreement as Nato has, therefor no country being at war nor being partly occupied or being involved in any other conflict can join the EU. Last statement by various EU spokesmen "Ukraine will join the EU earliest 10-15 years AFTER war has finished". Greetings from the EU27 😊 Edit typo/autocorrect

  7. ​ @qili3899  Well, different situation, war was over at the European Continent, and Russia was part of the Allies, even it played the bully... If Nato would get its troops onto Ukrainian territory, it would start WW III, I doubt, that anybody would like that, you included... Greetings from the EU27 😊

  10. ​ @christianevanherck6023  It was in the Media since some days, that the UKs army will train Ukrainian soldiers in Ukraine.... NOT a good idea, and I just hope, that the UKs politicians/military think about that again...

  11.  @christianevanherck6023  Thanks 😊 As said before, it wasn't about "fighting", but about "British soldiers giving training to Ukrainian soldiers". Still not a good idea, no Nato troops, for whatever reason, should go into Ukraine, especially as British troops could, as done before, use the Polish and German army training camps...
