The EUs Parliament is the worlds second largest democratic Parliament (with PR), with secret, free and independent elections every five years since 1979. If only you would have Inet, then you could have looked up about that... 😎 Greetings from the EU27 🖐

@eddastrohmayer251 Again = the EUs COUNCIL = the democratic elected EU27 member states GVTS !! ...and the democratic elected MEPs are the RULE/LAW/DECISION MAKERS in the EU !! The EUs Commission = is just the = supreme administrative authority of the EU27 member states !! Edit typo/autocorrect

@araara4746 The EUs COUNCIL = the EUs member states GVTS and the democratic elected MEPs chose/elect /confirm the two EUs Presidents (Council and Commission). As it's ALWAYS the party with majority = theirs chosen candidate gets confirmed...or not !! If the EUs GVTS chose someone else ! Not that difficult, innit... 🙄 June this year are elections coming up again, where both EUs Presidents either get confirmed or not... Btw, when you're aware of EUs elections anyway = why did you come up with your crappy "question"?!! Edit typo/autocorrect

@eddastrohmayer251 Yes, I know = the EUs Commission also is responsable for = drawing proposals for New EUropean Legislations AND implements the decisions of the EUs Parliament and the Council of the EU... What is this now = doing a bit of quibbling here? The first post was about = "elections in the EU" = doubting about it..that there are even elections happening...now you're coming up, telling me "it's all corrupt"... etc... 🥱 Reading helps...mostly = as I wrote, that the "EUs two Presidents = get chosen/confirmed/elected...by the EUs COUNCIL and the democratic elected MEPs"...🙄 I didn't want to write a book...just explained shortly, that there are elections at EUs Parliament...and again = EVERYTHING is available at the EUs Commission site...if only there would be Inet...😎 Edit typo/autocorrect

@eddastrohmayer251 Tell me then, how get most of EUs PMs PM? Exactly like that... the winning party has a favour candidate...we vote the party...with PR... Or would you like to decouple the candidate from the party? Doesn't make sense...especially as the candidates are known upfront...

@eddastrohmayer251 🥱 Oh dear... reading helps...mostly June this year elections for the EUs Parliament are coming up...at the same time the terms for both EUs Presidents are ending and they have to be chosen/elected/confirmed again... The parties with the most votes nominate the candidate, which then gets confirmed by the EUs MEPs, which get elected June 2024. The 2024 candidates for EUs Commission Presidency are = for the EUs conservatives = v d Leyen for the EUs social democrats = Nicolas Schmit/Luxembourg As Charles Michel, the recent EUs Council President wants to resign / his Presidentship ends November this year, and he won't do a second term anymore, but wants to be elected as MEP, the EUs Council is looking for a candidate as Charles Michels successor..... If only you would have Inet...then you could have looked up about that 🙄 Apart from = what are you on about = you're quibbling again 🥱 Over here there is already campaigning for EUs elections in progress 😎 Edit typo/autocorrect

🥱🥱🥱 The "Russian nat gas issue" was sorted August 2022, six months after the war started... You rather sort your issues about "orange man", who hasn't paid tax for at least twenty years and ows $ millions to All those companies/people, which had been working for him in the past, and went bankrupt because of not being paid...
