No, it didn't..as Georgia has the status as a "candidate for EU membership", it received EUs subsidies already, that has been stopped...since Georgia installed the so called "Russian law "...but it's Georgia's politicians which declared, that Georgia puts negotiatons with EU on hold for the next four years...

  2. @jamesmiller2735  🙄 No, I meant exactly what I wrote "the Russian law", which declares every NGO to be a spy/foreign spy, therefor you'll end up in prison for 10 years.. All Infos available online..
