  1. There are many analphabets, don't speak the language anyway, don't have the needed education etc... Germany is a industrial economy, where lots of machineries get built and used to built those machineries... high skilled people are needed for that... Why should one receive the same benefits/money etc who has never paid into the German wellfare system, as one, who has been working here since years and paid into the system...
