@Oskars Grigans Since 2014 the German army is doing its NATO job at the Baltics with about 1.700 troops, from which two thirds are German troops) incl full equipment, another 2.000 German troops are on stand by in case of urgent needed action. Germany is also doing the air policing at the Baltics as well as some German Fregates are "cruising" in the Baltic Sea to protect the Baltics from the sea side. Since January the NRFNato VJTF responce force with about 11.000 troops (from which 8.000 are German troops) incl full equipment (like about 40ish Leopard 2 A7V and other stuff) are at the Baltics as well. Together we're strong 😊 Edit typo/autocorrect

Ukraine just received another IRIS-T and Patriot air defense systems, all most modern technology... Oh, and enjoy your Porsche ... Greetings from Germany 😊

 @des_smith7658 Not needed anymore since September last year 😊

 @des_smith7658 Well, computer hero, I wonder in which "condition" (physicly and mentaly) you would be after more then one year living in those terrible conditions, the Ukrainians are experiencing.

Ask Poo-tin when his troops are leaving Ukraine...

 @RUTHLESSambition5 Three Patriot air defense systems plus 1 IRIS-T, another IRIS-T is already in use since various months and has done a brilliant job keeping Ukrainian sky clean😎 Not forgetting those 40ish Gepard systems, which can "see" 17 km ahead and shoots with two canons at the same time 1.200 shots per minute, while "scanning" the sky for other "things"... ouch 😎 Oh dear, "buying" yourself "loyalty" sounds pretty poor ... Anyway, be happy with what you've got, but never forget, all of us are arriving "naked" and are going "naked", no one can take anything with him 🤔 😊

 @RUTHLESSambition5 What about the "it takes three days to take Kiev and then we do a big parade, where all Ukrainian people wave with flowers and tears of joy in their eyes"? Ookaaay, meanwhile one year + later ... 🤔 😎

 @RUTHLESSambition5 Don't know,why you think, it's funny that a country gets invaded, lots of people getting killed or heavily injured/may be even disabled for the rest of their lives, children included. And this country is defending itself to keep independant. No one ever said, that Ukraine wants to "invade Russia", its just fighting the agressor Russia to leave Ukraine territory.

 @des_smith7658 What, Putin had to invade Ukraine because of the US?

 @UnfollowYourDreams My comment about being Nato member states means, that they are protected by those member states which are having AND using fighter jets. And as you can see at the post from our Latvian friends (I think, they would know about their air force), they don't have fighter jets 🤔 😎
1
 @UnfollowYourDreams If you would use the Inet 🤣 you would find out (listed at the official site of Latvia), that there are NO fighter jets, but only some helicopters for transport and some planes for transport, as stated on that official site: Latvia had invested money to build up the airport but no money left to buy fighter jets...

 @UnfollowYourDreams Whatever .... 🤣 🤣 🙃 🤣 😎

And was in use by all ex members of the Soviet Union or Warszaw pact members, including the ex GDR, which are the fighter jets now, they were belonging to the GDRs air force ...

 @chrisrobert5252 If you would have read my post properly I've written "Nato troops", which includes ALL other Nato member states. As the original post was about, that Letvia doesn't have any fighter jets and the German army is doing the air policing and since 2014 Nato is at the Baltics... So what is your problem then? That Germany is doing its NATO job or is "taking over or doing to little or whatever", main thing is the usual "German bashing"? I hope it made your day 🤣
