  2.  @sus10651  Please read the book "the sleepwalkers" by Sir Cristopher Clarke and how Europe went into war... Btw, the German Kaiser wrote a letter to the Austrian Kaiser, that "a war is obsolete... because Serbia had agreed to the Austrian conditions"...but the Austrian Kaiser declared war to Serbia, Russia went in because of being allied with Serbia... etc... And Bismarck died already in 1898, therefor didn't have anything to do with WW I...
