@Anna Well, since the failed coup in 2016 Erdogan uses that to tigh down the freedom of speech/ press, so teachers/ journalists/ politicians/ lawyers/ doctors or anybody, who isn't a hundred percent on his side, is declared a "terrorist" and therefor can get imprisoned for up to ten years.
