@cameron6770 About Poland: yesterday they were claiming compensation for their deliveries of military aid from the EU Commission. Thing is, that Poland doesn't receive most of EU subsidies since last year, because it doesn't fulfill the Copenhagen Criteria anymore (human rights/ womens rights, independent justice, free speech/ press). Therefor the EU Commission stopped the payments for Poland. Since then it tries everything to get that money for different "reasons". Ahh, and this year elections are coming up in Poland, therefor the PIS party is using the usual German bashing to " boost" the PIS party keeping in power. Just saying ...

@cameron6770 @Dzoseff The EU27 member states are on "eye level", it's just that Germany is the largest by people and economy. Poland is the biggest receiver of EU subsidies, while Germany is the biggest funder of EU. Norway is EFTA member, not EU member. On top of that: every EU member state has ONE VOICE and can veto if wanted. Please read up about the EU and how it works. All decisions are made in cooperation with the member states/ Gvts and the EU Parliament. Just saying ....

@Tobi-ln9xr There are no " investors" at the EU!! Every EU member state has to pay its membership fee. Those are the EU regulations, the EU gets financed by each member state paying its membership fee: ● a percentage of partly wealth gdp/ population of a country ● a percentage of vat and ● a percentage of export tax As Germany is the biggest economy it pays the most, as simple as that. @UCA2Ey0ZKd5k6Oehjf9LMEbw Some of those Polish deliveries were payed by Germany/ ring exchange, as Germany didn't have Soviet tanks anymore, and the Ukrainian army needed urgently tanks they could use straight away without weeks/ months of training upfront. Btw, this year elections are coming up in Poland, therefor the usual German bashing pops up to "boost" the PIS party keeping in power. Just saying ...
