  1. NO. Afghan people have done it to themselfs.. when half of the population/men, are going along with this anti human behaviour, it's difficult, to change that sort of mindset from "outside" = that change of mindset has to come from within the Afghan people !!

  3. As long as this sort of "teaching" is ongoing, nothing will ever change, as the boys will be the men, which will support the existing system...

  4.  @michaeltoney2277  Didn't help though the twenty years, when Western countries were supporting with $ billions and staff, building infrastructure, schools, hospitals etc...and it only took some months, until everything was back to = as before....sadly !!
