Well, exactly because of those EU standards the trade deal USA/EU27 failed = because the US negotiators were demanding US chloride chicken, hormon boosted beef, gen manipulated food/unmarked and other stuff, which isn't wanted/allowed in the EUs SM = statement from US negotiators = if Americans can eat it, EU citizens should be fine to eat that food as well ...   2. The grain from Ukraine isn't allowed in the EU27/SM, because most Ukrainian farmers are still using pesticides, which aren't allowed in the EU...

  3.  @RudolphoAqui  THOSE pesticides Ukrainian farmers are still using AREN'T allowed in the EUs SM anymore !! The EUs SM/EEA has a hard border to PROTECT the EUs citizens, therefor NOT EVERYTHING is allowed to get imported !! Wasn't before the war and shouldn't now !! The agreement between Ukraine and EU27 was = that Ukrainian grain can be transported/ monitored by Polish, towards any of EUs Baltic ports, from there the Ukrainian grain will be transported towards those African countries, which always had been the customers of Ukrainian grain = those countries are desperately in need of that grain.... this is why Putler is hindering Ukrainian ships from departing from Ukrainian ports !! Unfortunately various Polish people are corrupt, and suddenly the Ukrainian grain ends up at the EUs SM/EEA, to make quick money... It will stop soon again = EUs Commission is working on that issue... Ukraine gets heavily supported by the EU27, eventhough it's NOT even a EU member state !!
