  1. A friend of mine is using a hearing aid for just that ear, it's doing the "same noise" as the Tinnitus, which is "neutralizing" the noise. Works good. Ask an acustic/ hearing aid "shop" about that. Good luck 😉

  2.  @ScottishPhoenix  Have you ever heard about that "system"? Instead "receiving sound" it "provides sound", therefor you don't hear the Tinnitus anymore. All the best with greetings to Scotland from Germany 😉

  3.  @ScottishPhoenix  Have you looked up at Germany's Homepage, what's needed/how to immigrate to Germany? "My" London born spouse had to get German citizenship (dual, which was only possible as long as the UK/GB was an EU member). The recent German Gvt is easing the immigration/ working possibilities for Germany, like, you can come over for a certain time (I think up to one year) and THEN you can look for work, not the other way around anymore, like beforehand, where you needed a signed contract including work permit beforehand .
