  2. ​ @britingermany  Question: how would you like it, when the UK/GB would implement a second language (like German, French, Spanish or whatever) and the Brits had to go along with that? When my London born spouse started to learn the German language many of our British friends were asking "what's that for, you're speaking English"?! And btw, English is already implemented in various professions in Germany (like at many other countries) when working on International projects ... Just saying...   3. ​​ @britingermany  I had endless discussions with my collegue which was sitting at the window (me not), complaining about the draft, but she wouldn't want to "change" the place with me. Whenever I said "but what do you do outside as there is a draft most of the time?" her answer used to be "that's different".😳 About the "Hörsturz": it's like a "Innenohr infarkt", but also can be triggered by "sudden very loud noise or music etc" and I expierenced that at a concert which hadn't started yet, I was just passing by those huge man high speakers while out of a sudden the sax player was testing the system. All I can say it was like a hot needle in my ear, extremely painfull and afterwords that ear fellt like "stuffed up with cotton". I had a loss of 40% of my hearing, had to "plug up" my ear for nearly one year until it was back to normal. The "Innenohrnerven" are very fragile, therefor "no noise" at all ... If ever you have anything wrong with your ear: you've got 24 hours, from then on the chance of "repairing" the hearing shrinks day by day. Have a nice day 😉 Edit typo/autocorrect

  4. Showing what one has depends very much on regional habits. Like in the north of Germany/Bremen, Hamburg etc it's more like the "Hanseatic understatement", only when you look closer into it you might see the money 😊 Go to Rome or Milan, never ever you would see a Roman woman walk around with a fur coat, but going to the beach with full make up, hair styling and juwelry 😊 while in Milan, hot summer time, some woman still wear a mink coat (apart from wearing mink/fur coats is 🤨), it looks rediculess, but there you go 😊 Happy Easter to everybody here, we'll celebrate our big Easterfire with our neighbours tonight 😊

Add on = Turkiye has the status as a "candidate for EU membership", unfortunately it stripped down protection of human rights/women rights, free speech/press, independent justice, etc = hence doesn't even fulfill the needed Copenhagen Criteria anymore = EU joining process is on hold until the needed criteria get fulfilled again !!   8. Every EU member state can leave the EU27 on its own free will, like the UK did 5 years ago = hence it never lost its independency and sovereignty !! Otherwise it would have needed permission of all other 27 EUs member states to leave !! Opposit to Scotland, Wales and N, which need the permission given by Westminster, eventhough UK supposedly is a volunteer union !! Putler is invading Ukraine because of his imperial hunger, as he wants to "create the Great Russian Empire" again within the borders before 1989, Finland included !! He just has to pull his troops out of Ukraine = peace !! Greetings from the EU27 👋

Add on = the EU27 are a ever evolving and developing peace project based on solidarity and respect for all EUropean member states with its SM/EEA/CU included to benefit its 450ish million citizens and its member states !! The Treaty of Rome "set up the EEC, bringing together Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, to work together towards Integration and economic growth through trade, to establish a common market based on the free movement of goods, people, services and capital". All of what the EU27 are today, was already part of the "Schuman plan", got confirmed again at the Treaty of Rome in 1957 and got confirmed again at the Maastricht Treaty in 1992. Robert Schuman, the "father of Europe", born in Luxembourg (at that time German, later French), who's idea of a European Union started in the 1920s, and Jean Monnet, the other "architect" of the EU, and the "creator" of the "Schuman plan". Robert Schuman was the first President of the European Parliament and the only EUropean ever, who received this very special title "father of Europe". Robert Schuman/French Minister/PM and Friedrich Ebert/first President of the Weimar Republic, were meeting already in the 1920s, to talk about peace and the EUropean Union, unfortunately Friedrich Ebert died unexpected due to a rupture of the appendix in 1925, talks about a EUropean Union stopped.. But Robert Schuman and Jean Monnet went ahead with it 😊 "United in diversity, all for one, one for all, together we're strong", THAT are the EU27 💪😊 Btw, the EU27 just put up € 800 billion for its defence and to go ahead with supporting Ukraine !!   10.  @britingermany  😉 I personally think, that languages are the key to a country's culture/ heart, therefor for me it always would be a pleasure to learn the language of the country I'm living in ( or at least would try my best "gg). Some weeks ago there was a report on DW about that subject (English as a second language), and weirdly only English (by mothertongue) speaking people were heavily demanding it, while all the others on that channel didn't.... as they had to either learn English or German anyway ...   12. ​​​ @britingermany  Moin to FFM 😉 Hausratversicherung is mandatory, sometimes even needed to rent an appartment. This insurance pays for any sort of damage like Wasserschaden/shower/washing machine/dish washer etc, please look up for the conditions. Some include glass damage, stolen bycicles etc. Also mandatory: the Haftpflichtversicherung, Covers any sort of damage, which YOU have caused on goods/people etc. If you would have a car, there also is the Kfz/car Haftpflichtversicherung always to have. You can add the Kasko-/ or Teilkasko insurance to it, which covers damages like hale/water floodings/broken carwindows due to stones, a tree falling on your car, "Schäden durch Naturgewalten", etc, very usefull. Speziell bei Hagelschaden 😊 Back to the "Haftpflichtversicherung": Imagine the accident with your bike would have caused severe injuries on the other person (in most cases the "guilt/Schuldfrage" gets split 50/50 or simular, and suddenly you have to pay lifelong "compensation fee" to the other person, or "Verdienstausfall/loss of income" for various months etc, it would financially get you "stripped" pretty quick. If you pay those two insurances once per year (in January) you'll save money opposit to when paying a monthly or half a year etc fee. Sunny greetings 🙂 Edit typo/autocorrect
