"There is no way other generations have problems like that" Where are the proofs? I didn't see any comparison here in this video whether other generations had similar issues or not. You have to check data for the time when, let's say Gen-Y was at the age of today's Gen-Z, in their 20-ies. So if you don't have such data, then you can't speak about Gen-Z is special with such kind of problems. I personally think this is an oldfart exaggeration issue about new generations being spoiled and dumb. The reason why you might have mistaken opinion on Gen-Z lies in fact that information about Gen-Z is more available to you. Gen-Z is more publicly available, more social, records more videos and speaks up about things. That's why these videos more available to you and you can easily select lots of dumb stuff people record and publish in internet. This however does not prove it's a problem of Gen-Z about corporate ethics and behavior issues. I have critical thinking. I don't like the topic you are raising without proofs and based on false assumptions. This is a level of yellow press actually. Please do a thorough analysis before making BS video titles. I understand you might wanted to get attention and more views and tried to hype on Gen-Z being dumb. But don't assume your viewers are dumb and can't see that this is not accurate and no proofs were provided as you selected data and videos only about Gen-Z.

In this case its not accurate from you to suggest this, because you have own company or whatever freelance job, which is not the case for majority of people. The majority of who is doing posting on Linkedin are spammers advertising their products and services and trying to rip off money from job seekers. The majority of these posts on LinkedIn are pure trash and have no real value, it's either a copy paste, stolen and re-posted from others, or its obvious BS, spamming posts, to try to get attention. There is no point to be obsessed with linkedin garbage aggregator, its useless and wasting your time. Serious people don't waste time on linkedin and I know personally real great experts with very high salaries - their linkedin profiles are very humble. You don't need to be a genius to understand how bad and useless linkedin is. It's enough to open it and realize that you are scrolling through endless spam and BS posts which have no value. Posts on linkedin are of extremely low quality. Most of unknown people who send connection requests are trying to pitch their crappy products or do a data mining. You should be careful of who you accept in connections, because these bots and scammers can start spamming to your network, the people who you know personally.

@whatevergoesforme5129 "Well, even employers have no moral compass and yet require their employees to have one." Well they don't require. It's a test if the candidate is complete fool or not. Why would they hire honest employee who eventually on a bad day will tell to their client "true story" of "how are you?" question?

@Cybo-Man dude where did you get a concept from that you have to be honest during your job interviews? I'll explain it it once and for all: Treat the job interview and employer as a Date with the women you like. You don't owe anything! If you advertised yourself as experienced lover, you said her that you know everything about acrobatic pleasures, tantra, kama-sutra and Rumba - if that plays - you get the job offer! Not that loser who honestly said he didn't get laid for the last couple of years after he broke up with his ex! Not him! YOU will be get the job offer! But if you got your job offer and failed to fulfill your duties - this is where it might get not honest. So it doesn't matter what you told them to get to like you as long as you know you will work your ass off to pull this off and satisfy their interest in you as who makes things done! That's it! Nothing here to speculate and whine about further! Forget about being honest in job interviews. Forget about discussing honesty during job interviews! This is just a test for a fool and loser which some people just accept as obligation and made themself believe in that is needed, however it is not, no one actually wants honesty from you. They want clearly 3 things: 1) a person who delivers what he claims, 2) not to waste their time on losers who fails on point 1. 3) not to get impact on company business and reputation.

@manny9323 dude, you maybe forgot about your borders, but nowhere is defined lying on resume is a criminal act, which is "committing fraud". Choose your words wisely. Respect those people equally, because they were able to get the job and pull off employers assignments and continue working.

Why do you ask viewers to subscribe before they actually watched your video? Ask that at the end, when you feel you delivered value. Why would anyone subscribe in the beginning if they don't know maybe the video is useless garbage and has no value for them? This does not make sense the same as if you imagine Restaurant would ask you give them a feedback on the food at the moment they just started serving dishes to guests. Does this make sense? No, it doesn't. At the time when people finish watching your video they won't remember already that you asked to subscribe in the beginning. I just finished watching and at the end you didn't ask to subscribe to your channel. Which means it is FAIL, lol, no one already remembers at this point that you asked to subscribe in the beginning.

Another example like, c'mon, we all know recruiters not getting real answers on question "What is your greatest weakness?". The entire answer is always made up BS. And even if it wasn't. Did you see a single example when HR would follow-up on weakness later and come to employee and ask "Hello, how are you dealing with that weakness you told me about during the interview?". Which means asking this question is to annoy people and waste time.

I think that it is OK to lie in resume. Adjust your work experience start and end dates so there are no gaps between. This is a great hack to avoid questions why did you leave particular job as they see there is couple of unemployment months gap before next work experience. This is the way. This is the only option they (recruiters) convince us to follow. I don't need some random person think of me implying I didn't perform well or I am loser and they don't want to hire those who tell about their companies had bad times. They want to hire those who tell about companies they worked for reached next level of success. This is reality. Always LIE in your resume and eliminate gaps whenever possible. If you are not working they can only ask about your last employment resignation proof. They won't check start-end dates of past employments. Telling about previous company had bad times - shifts focus of interview conversation into a negative mood. Then instead of thinking if you are a good fit, they think about these things: "company can have bad times", "their own company can have bad times", "you might not have performed well", "you bring bad luck", etc. Do you need this? Sure thing, NO! So if you don't want awkward questions about 5 year old work experience where you got laid off - eliminate those gaps now!
