@keithmyerscough697 that doesn't matter what you have. The amount of effort and money you spend, you need to have own house property and call specialist to install that in your house and pay him for the work and also for the tap and heating system, which requires maintenance. Compare this to electric kettle which is cheap and can be bought and used by anyone, by student, who doesn't have own house and anyone who rents property.
