They should stick with bones, bones last longer. In Portugal there's the bone chapel, it's a chapel which the walls and pilars are lined with bones. And then there's a mumified mother and child hanging on the wall. Great place to visit with your family. Edit: apparently there's more than one.

@dxdxdxdxdxd7125 A weeb is lesser version of a weaboo, a weaboo being a person obsessed with Japanese culture and even claiming themselves being Japanese. A weeb is someone who is obsessed with manga and anime, collects anime figurines and usually has one or more body pillows. This video has indeed some inaccuracies. For example, the narrator states that the Shogun was the highest authority of Japan. Not only that's not true, but also that claim is contradicted in the very images in the video, where there was a pyramid showing the emperor on top. Not that it matters though, because in that same image the Daymio is in the same position as the Shogun, which is not true. The Shogun was more like a prime minister, while the daymio was like a governor who governed over a region of Japan. What Townry said wasn't wrong. You on the other hand attacked the person making the argument instead of the argument itself. That is a low IQ move that does nothing. No matter how much you attack the person, the argument will always stand until you address it. Sure, your latest reply did a better job at addressing the original comment. But it still was pretty lame.

@thraxbottom549 But he didn't. In matter of fact what he did suggests literally the opposite. He's just warning people that this video isn't a historical analysis of feudal Japan. Because it isn't. At no point did he ever idealized or romanticised the Japanese culture.

@thraxbottom549 Well then, if the Shogun was the highest power in Japan what is it doing bellow the Emperor and side by side with the Daymio in the social pyramid? At least get an accurate pyramid. "Life was full of wealth if you were a samurai" samurai status did not automatically denote wealth. It carried extensive privilege, but not necessarily monetary status. If you were a low-ranking samurai, a vassal of a daimyo, you might very well be almost as poor as a peasant or an eta. Actually during the Edo period, the samurai became the most poor social class because there were no wars to fight. "Samurai rose to the upper echelons of society during the Edo period ” CAP …if anything it could be argued that their standing and power decreased during the Edo period compared to other era’s throughout their existence. It was during the Late Heian period when the Samurai really rose to the upper echelons of society when the Taira took control of the Capital and basically puppeted the Imperial court. This comment section is littered with corrections regarding to inaccuracies. You'd either have to be blind or biased to not see them.

@aeonnovaVA Look man, if you want Japan historical analysis there are channels like Metatron. This video serves more entertaining purpose than historical analysis. It has some inaccuracies on side information, but the things it focuses don't seem to be contested by the comments. Can you use this video for historic purposes? Not really. Does it have interesting and entertaining stories? Absolutely. It's entertaining, it's fine to be entertaining. I don't even know what you're talking about. If you want videos with historical analysis, there are better ones than this. If you want to know interesting facts about ancient Japan, this one is fine. The top comment just helped me figure out what this video was all about faster than I would by myself. That's it. Can we just accept things for what they are?

@aeonnovaVA Same here. It was in my recommendation list and I gave it a try. I don't regret it. And I'm thankful to the OP for the heads-up. A real event movie based on real events is not the same thing as a documentary. I can still enjoy both. Just in a different way.

@kucingcat8687 That's my point. There's nothing wrong with entertainment. But being aware that this video is more suited for entertainment purposes than historical accuracy is also important.
