@verrpz The current year is not an excuse to not parent your kids, or replace a method that works with one that doesn't. Anyway, it doesn't matter, if you're not going to parent your children, reality will take care of it. The difference being that reality is not as caring.

@veiserexab1428 If you don't value your personal space that's your problem, but each person is different, and if you don't respect that fact you'll eventually get your ass whooped like the kid. Here's the thing, reality doesn't care, reality isn't as compassionate as your parents, if your incompetent parents fail to parent you, reality will. And reality can be far harsher than any parent can ever be.
