  3. This has been brewing for a while. A bunch of druggies formed a non-profit, took investor money, paid themselves generously, then became for-profit.

  4. In this case Mr. Musk is probably right. They were never really non-profit because they "capped" growth at 100x and paid themselves generously while facing mutinies from staff and investors over responsible managing. It is believed they're all druggies.
