  6.  @V_For_Vigilante  proof? Have you read anything about Afghan internal affairs? The Taliban has at least three independent commands, then there's ISIS. The majority of government forces work for local militias loyal to a mayor or sheik rather than a country, and these guys have been known to switch sides. Then there's actual gangs that sometimes have government connections and sometimes Taliban and sometimes are independent. Even inside the government, the different department heads often acted independently because they didn't get along. It's every man for himself. Always has been.
