  3. Most of these migrants don't even have documents of any kind and SA can't even control gangs inside their borders. Who cares about a line on a map?

  4. You mean during apartheid? No, the borders were open back then too as only the counties surrounding white settlements were government controlled. Most of the borders were tribal areas
