This mostly effects countries where lack of vaccines is the least of their problems. In Arab countries there's no treatment/testing possible for STDs because just admitting you have one can get you killed/expelled by hospital staff, most of which also have STDs.

@aubreyadams7884 exactly. I was just bringing up related issues. Like how muslim hospitals are rudimentary and fraudulent to the point that US soldiers say their allies never understood the difference between a doctor and a paramedic even after they explained it
