I was at the main office of Mastercard for a time. They had massive rec rooms, a library, lounges, and a whole parking lot dedicated to EV charging. Literally none of it was ever used, sitting empty while workers went straight from the open-cubicle desks back home in their gas cars. Just a massive waste of money

@RamonChiNangWong078 No one wants to live at work no matter how well they are paid. We'd all rather work for our family

It's simple: They depended on borrowed funds to overpay office workers for decades, which is simply no longer possible

@BerndGiegerich When the popular kids have to pretend to be nerds in order to stay popular in adulthood.....

Vhut? I watched one of them then left halfway through because they actually didn't talk about what their actual work was. Just a girl in skimpy clothes talking about lunch and friends. Sexualizing/exaggerating wealth like that is a classic sign of fraud

"Web developement" is a skill so common that much of it is outsourced to turdworld countries. In one place I will not name they boast of their "tech startups" which always turn out to be independent programmers making phone apps.

Have fun running a grocery store. Because the only other thing you can do with that degree is to get into a consultancy scam

How many of these guys you think faked/exaggerated their credentials
6
Provably false, I saw in the news that most of Nvidia's long time workers are cashing out and leaving despite the hype. The biggest shareholders just get all the attention from the press

They're all sexualizing wealth and that's a classic sign of fraud

AI and tech companies are the same

Not all are scams, and not all are ponzi, but they were all funded and staffed by ponzi schemers committing fraud

@PutItAway101 lose the bull. They're ponzi schemers

@mravecsk1 @mravecsk1 some people say that even if it isn't so. Let me guess, they're all company vehicles they don't need?

@ShuRugal shut up

@burgular_the the write off makes these cheap not free
1
@drejaquez Even so, you wouldn't have used much of it often enough to justify installing it
1
@drejaquez yeah, because it's all a waste
