  2. Update: The SEC has charged Icahn with incorrect disclosures because he hid his margin loans from investors and faces heavy fines. The SEC action is limited because technically Ponzi schemes are not illegal, the fraud that supports them is.

  10. There was a blanket investigation of shorters starting a couple years ago and the stuff they brought up about Nate was unrelated to this. He said he didn't know what they were making a big deal about since nothing he was accused of is illegal, and personally I think there's a DEI hire behind the investigation.
