  19. Dude, US banking regs are so strict that many countries straight up refuse to let Americans open bank accounts. And the reason these guys went under was because they were all retards in a special way. Signature bank was run by buffoons, SVB was full of greedy bastards and incompetent political hires/investments, and Credit Suisse had a preverse incentive system that encouraged crime.
