  3. Dude, they are. Most of the biggest holders of Bitcoin and Ethereum are big banks, crypto exchanges, and big investors like ARK Invest. Lose the libel. The SEC's job is the protect people from scams and reckless leverage. Crypto is loaded with scams and undisclosed risks. Simple as that, but I give no policy recommendations at all.
