It's going to take a massive lawsuit to get all the money back from the CEO.

@franriding6473 He achieved nothing. He just got high-risk loans and spent it on stupid stuff. You achieved nothing but somehow have enough money to make that comment

@franriding6473 I mean this literally. His billionaire status was due to arbitrary valuations of his small business. He had to misuse other people's money to live the way he did. You, however, sound like the type who makes up complaints against the system to justify not working

It's called a pyramid scheme

It's called a ponzi scheme. In theory their master plan is to loan money to a lot of risky startups and only need one of them to succeed so they have the next Jeff Bezos in their pocket. For instance, someone loaned Bill Gates money when he was still working out of his parent's house and bagged a 10,000 percent profit, but there were tens of thousands of similar investments that failed

There's nothing in this story that says narcissism.

Lying isn't necessary. Tesla is making a little money, for the moment

Vhut?
1
@franriding6473 You are actively lying right now, deadbeat. You can tell I roasted Neuman
1
How do you think these obvious ponzi schemes find "victims?" A low-risk crime is to jump onto someone else's scam and co-promote it unsolicited, and if it crashes you can pretend to be a victim.

Come on. We all know the Quebecans speak English natively

It's voodoo. That's what he'll say

Do you have a death wish?

A lot of lawsuit worthy stuff, but ponzi schemes are not illegal
1
No, it's a sign he lives there or thinks he does

@Christopher_TG Courts can make money change hands for any reason they fucking want to. Neuman did a lot of accounting gimmicks to give himself and his friends huge pay at VC expense and now in bankruptcy the courts will totally use Neuman money to pay WeWork debts.

@nicholasdean3467 The courts intervene in anything they like
1
No, but you can sue management for crazy overpaying themselves. @nicholasdean3467
1
He crazy overpaid himself and friends. The reason Wall Street won't touch the stock is because people know Adam trademarked the company name, then sold the trademark to his own company for 7 million. This is a clear and deliberate act to hide executive pay. @Christopher_TG
1
@Christopher_TG all that funny business where he deliberately hid his huge salary from investors
1
@nicholasdean3467 you can sue over unfair management pay

Ponzi schemes aren't illegal
