  3. Richard Coffman (aka Plain Bagel), Ben Felix, and Patrick Boyle are all licenced to give financial advise... They also do not give stock picks. Richard even made a video showing how he's getting unsolicited offers to pump penny stocks, including one where he was offered 30 grand.
