  2. "Hacking" on the battlefield isn't really feasible, jamming is what works. First you have to get into the system remotely, which is why critical systems are not linked to the network and a human must push a button to work. Plus you'd have to know how to hack that specific system within a short span of time when you spot the vehicle downrange. Disrupting communication/targeting equipment can be done with handheld equipment, though.
