  2. This is Saudi Arabia. Where a handful of clans brawl over offices and rackets and there's no distinction between state and private funds. Namely, it is actually not known how the current crown prince came to power as he actually wasn't the last king's chosen heir. And this guy in the interview was definitely threatened over something and fled his home.
