  2. I don't like it when people try to quantify training because that is one section where the theory and practice have nothing to do with each other. There may be X in the manual but not Y, but the trainers might stress Y and ignore X. Many professionals in many industries will state flatly they have no idea if they're following the rulebook, because no one even opens them.

I don't think you should bother comparing tanks because with tank fights usually the person who shoots first wins, and usually the one that sees the other first will shoot first, but even that matters little when artillery, aircraft, mines, and breakdowns all take more tanks out of action than other tanks do.
