  3. One problem is some voters will credit/blame Gavin for actions taken by NGOs, bureaucracies, and city governments. Also, the divide over Covid rules doesn't correspond to party politics. I've see both plandemic people and vigilante mask enforcers from both parties. I have no idea how this ends.

  5. The gatherings aren't illegal. The weird stuff many people do at these gatherings are. And the governor doesn't control the cops or courts.
