  2. They ain't all tax evaders, and with many of these it's unclear why they were canceled. And it's frankly unclear who is fighting who or if all these crackdowns are coordinated or independent actions by bureaucrats with their own agenda. And frankly there's so little enforcement in China that seeing a whole class of individuals get the ax makes us ask questions.
