  1. Important caveat is most of these guns are built by hobbiests who simply enjoy crafting things. It takes over grand worth of equipment, technical knowhow, and hours of work to get a ghost gun that works more than half the time.

  3.  @bluelife1503  you'll need a large quality 3d printer to actually make the parts and/or a good toolchest and knowhow to actually get it to work even if you buy a complete parts kit. A VICE reporter once built his own just to see how easy it was and even with expett help and a full day labor his gun still malfunctioned more often than fired.
