  1. For context: A big chunk of all Palestinians have Israeli employers because the Israelis pay them 3-4 times what the Arabs will pay and don't frequently default on payroll like most employers in Palestine.

  4. Not exactly. They need a permit to get through the border although most Israeli employers don't care and will hire them anyway.
