I had a boss that that kept making up excuses not to give me my final check. I snuck in and grabbed it when they weren't looking and called the cops on me saying that since I didn't sign for the check I somehow stole it. The cops showed up at my house several hours later just to make sure I wasn't planning on starting any further drama and left.
