  16. Lying isn't necessary in this instance. There aren't that many homeless people. Even so, North America has got lots of nice food. Even down in Mexico there's problems with overweight people because food is cheap.

  20. It's mostly a matter of drugs and the mentally handicapped. Even then, we change our definition of "homeless" in order to artificially make the problem look worse. My state defines homeless as having no mailing address, which means most "homeless" people are just couch surfing.
