  3.  @mchrysogelos7623  Not all at once, and not in rural areas. In rural areas you can rent a room for ten bucks a month. Although that's not unusual because rural areas are usually left out of speculative housing stuff

  4. They're "diversifying." They don't want more than half of their suppliers of any one service to be concentrated in one state.

  5.  @CantHandleThisCanYa  Dude, many Chinese states are more connected to the US than they are each other. Like how most Cantonese speakers learn English instead of Mandarin? You might see in past videos that housing prices were soaring in some cities while other cities reported mass defaults. And vice versa. This isn't like North America where the whole continent's economy is synced up to within a heartbeat.
