@marcomarc151 selling below costs in order to scale up quickly. This works as long as there is money from new chumps to pay off old ones. Classic case: Charles Ponzi set up a bank offering 6% interest on deposits while his competitors offered 1%. He lied and said his competitors were too greedy to share profits. For a short time Ponzi was very rich until the bank ran out of money
