  1. Looks like the main problem is most of these wells aren't worth fixing, enabling Diversified to buy the rust buckets for peanuts but still giving them trouble keeping them all up to code.

  3. Greenhouse gases are a thing, but whether or not you think it's of any consequence is another matter. But I see what you mean, reliance on buzzwords indicates obvious partisanship. These guys went looking for things to complain about and didn't stop even after Diversified actively tried fixing problems identified.
