  10. That's an exaggeration. What happened was the admin guys promised the customers whatever they wanted not knowing the type of problems they giving the engineers at the other end of the country. Namely, they promised there wouldn't need expensive retraining as it would all be backwards compatible while promising the latest tech.

  15. Bad analogy. Teslas have a poor safety record which include exploding batteries and possibly malfunctioning autopilots. What Tesla has is a toxic fan base pumping the stock.
