  7.  @ACzechManGoingHisOwnWay  Turkey is complicated as officially they're double dealing and hate it when it becomes obvious. Baku oil pipes pass through there on their way to Europe, though. China, however, couldn't care less. And they actually need what Russia is selling due to frequent acute shortages. There's plenty of other neutrals, though.
