  3. You also don't need to be an ETF issuer to arbitrage NAV. High frequency traders do it all the time. However, arbitraging this would require shorting Bitcoins, which is near impossible.

  4. I was in it for a time, closed at a good profit. I'm back to shorting directly, but SARK's fee is well worth removing the infinite risk in shorting.
