Doesn't matter. The press and law is rigged against corporations with deep pockets, and everyone wants a payout and to blame their problems on someone else

@InvestingWithKevin I would. It doesn't help or hinder the company if you do.

Allegedly. By accident. In a marginal number of cases. This is a case in point how our justice system is rigged against deep pockets.

Applying the "most evil" label to a corporation is a bit silly given serial rapists and terror bombers and mafias exist

For what?

Don't. Idiot ESG investors increase the expected returns for vice companies. Also, AT WORSE this was an accident.

More like a case in point why the law and press is rigged against corporations with deep pockets in the US. Regardless of the ultimate truth of the matter, they didn't do any of this intentionally and they didn't hurt anybody directly and only a marginal number of people who use the powder were affected in a measurable way. Most of allegations are wild assumptions based on minor known problems, so much so they might as well be fabrication.
