No need as no one on Wall Street wants to buy them no the risk reward is scientific known. The best money is being an early sponsor and rug pulling once a deal is announced, and that doesn't work if everyone does it

That's how these legal cons work. Management knows they will fail but go through the motions of trying anyway to collect sallaries and sell stock for themselves and their friends
