  1. Simply not the case. Small businesses are on Amazon, and beating the competition is not a sign of monpolies. If they have to aggressively cut margins to maintain their position, they are simply not a monopoly.

  13. eBay just stinks. It's loaded with scammers and fake auctions. The latter coming from how the seller can back off if they don't like the winning bid. I use Amazon because I don't know any other trusted site, although beware fake reviews.

  14. That's not how that works. More investors = share dilution, as in Bezos owns less of the company and hence profits less. They profit as long as stock VALUATIONS keep going up, and employees as low as shift managers were being paid with free stock options (they profit at investor expense).
