  5. I beg to differ, EVs are novel in many places simply because no one buys them. Speaking for an area the size of Connecticut with 200,000 people, you can count the EVs with your fingers and I can only prove there's one Tesla on the road. I did not see an EV with my own eyes until I went to California last spring
